FINAL REFLECTIONS: INCLUDE YOUTH!!!
It is difficult to understand how the WB and IMF are working in practice. In short, both the IMF and WB have a governance structure that includes representatives of the 188 member countries. Both the WB and the IMF highest decision body is the Board of Governors. At the WB the Board of Governors delegate power to the Executive Directions which take care of the daily work and in the IMF the Board of Governors delegate power to the Executive Board.

Youth related agencies need greater attention
Prince Agbedzigbe, President of the Volta Regional Council of the YMCAs Thursday urged government to raise issues of youth development up the scale of national priorities. The National Youth Authority (NYA) and the Department of Social Welfare need more resources and attention than what they have been getting so far, he observed.

The Zambia YMCA is actively involved in sexual and reproductive health rights advocacy in the region which includes awareness raising about child marriage and high risk sexual practices amongst youth. This article was written by two of the advocacy trainers for the media in the region.

Young people deserve quality health care; A call for positive action
Young people are faced with numerous questions about their health and well-being including how to access health services, lower the incidence of teen pregnancy through reproductive and sexual health education, and discourage the use of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, among others. As behaviours that begin in their adolescence can shape their future, life skills planning has also become a challenge for young people’s health and well-being.
